Our Elizabeth floor plan is one of our newest home plans. It’s very special as it's named after our first granddaughter! It’s 2528 square foot floor plan is feature packed with three bedrooms, and three and a half baths. The open layout makes for easy casual living with oversized great room, dining, and island kitchen featuring a walk in pantry. All this opens onto a large veranda with a Solana and outdoor kitchen. The third bedroom can also be used as a study.

The home’s exterior styling reflects a southern charm. Its exterior walls and gables are clad with vertical board and batten siding.  Raftered overhangs, columned front entry and brick lined foundation accents add to its farmhouse character. Large double hung windows and French Doors bring in lots of natural lighting making it bright and cheerful.

The home is entered through the grand foyer. Immediately adjacent is the first of two guest suites with private bath. The hallway to the left leads to the second guest suite, powder bath, utility room and oversized two car garage.

The primary suite is accessed via a private foyer and features his and her walk-in closets. The master bath offers his and hers vanities, a freestanding garden tub and a spacious walk-in shower.
