Our Greenbriar floor plan is a stunning Mediterranean design, perfect for narrow lots. Despite its narrow frame, this house plan lacks nothing. It offers three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a den/study all under 3000 sq. ft.

Entering the foyer, the hall leads to the home’s main living space. Guests can stop at the wet bar for a refreshment on the way.  An open great room, kitchen, and dining room feature a coffered and beamed ceiling. Large and cornerless sliding glass doors lead to the home’s verandah.
