In this modern San Marino vacation villa, a fashionable sunburst transom adorns the arched entryway. Pillars introduce the lavish interior within. To the left of the foyer, there is an elevator that goes down to the garage area. From the entry to the rear balcony, the wide-open vistas of the San Marino allow the warm, gentle breezes to flow through the house.

Cathedral ceilings in the great room and formal dining area extends the sense of spaciousness. This allows for an easy transition to the outdoor living pace. The great room at the core of the San Marino plan is open to the dining room. In turn, the great room is open to the gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook. There is a large walk in pantry for additional storage.

The breakfast nook has a door that opens to the rear verandah. A kitchen buffet counter can be used for casual serving or can accommodate formal entertaining. The formal dining room opens through a colonnade from the gallery hall and is open to the kitchen and great room.
